Punjab might not have won a single IPL crown in their history, but that doesn’t mean they hadn't made a contribution to the league. In the ongoing match against KKR, the Kings walked themselves into the IPL history books as the first team to score four runs off a ball without a boundary or an extra.
Boult, who had already seen a few fielding gaffes occur on his bowling, was hit
But the action wasn't done yet! The ball found its way into the hands of Colin de Grandhomme, who had a shy at the non-striker's stumps and the throw was yet again a perfect one as it hit the woodwork. But as luck would have it, it deflected away from everyone wearing a purple jersey. The batsmen were more than happy to oblige and add another run to the score.
