Arsenal are reportedly interested in Chelsea winger Noni Madueke, with a potential swap deal being considered. Chelsea, having spent nearly £200 million this summer, including £55 million on Joao Pedro, are open to selling players like Madueke or Petrovic. Talks are currently player-focused, with no official club-to-club negotiations yet underway.

For the 2025 summer transfer window, Chelsea are actively managing their squad by securing new signings while preparing to offload several players to balance their spending, which has reached close to £200 million. Joao Pedro was recently confirmed as Chelsea’s fourth summer arrival, joining Liam Delap, Dario Essugo, and Mamadou Sarr. With financial fair play in mind and the new accounting year beginning in July, the club is expected to prioritize outgoing transfers.

Arsenal have shown interest in Chelsea winger Noni Madueke, and according to David Ornstein on The Athletic podcast, a swap deal could be explored. Although no formal talks between the clubs have taken place yet, player-side discussions are underway. Madueke is seen as a good fit for Arsenal due to his ability to play on both wings, familiarity with many Arsenal players, and being based in London. Chelsea are reportedly open to trade discussions involving most of their squad.

In addition to Madueke, Joao Felix, Christopher Nkunku, and Djordje Petrovic are also viewed as players who could generate significant transfer income. Meanwhile, Chelsea are targeting West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus as a potential signing if sufficient funds are raised from sales.
