“Neymar alongside Ronaldo would be great”, reveals Rivaldo

Neymar is here to stay this summer, as the player still doesn't know where he will be playing next season. The Brazilian International has been strongly linked to both Spanish powerhouses in Barcelona and Real Madrid, but it seems a new destination could be in the cards as well.

After multiple offers from the top two teams in La Liga rejected, the deal for Neymar is in a deadlock. However, a surprise team has made a move for the 27-year-old and could be a dark horse in the race. Juventus from Italy made an official proposal some days ago, offering Dybala plus €80 million.

Talking about that, Rivaldo had a lot to say about the situation, "It would be great to see him playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo. I believe it would be wonderful for CR7 to have Neymar by his side, as the Brazilian would help him a lot with assists and goals all season."

"I even imagine them combining for brilliant plays and Neymar could also help by sharing responsibilities as Juventus only has one big star now. It would be a beneficial move for the players and naturally for the club”, Rivaldo told Goal.

Neymar has been vocal about his interest of leaving Paris Saint-Germain, stating that he will not play for the club ever again. It remains to be seen where his future will take him, if it is to make an incredible duo with Cristiano Ronaldo, or a reunion with his friend Lionel Messi.
