Virat Kohli took to Twitter to challenge his teammate Mandeep Singh to run three runs faster than him. Lying seventh on the points table, RCB would be looking to turn the tables around in the game against Kolkata Knight Riders and Kohli, in particular, would be itching to play a captain’s knock.

Despite having one of the best batting lineups in the league, Royal Challengers Bangalore have yet again managed to disappoint their fans, who are witnessing another one of their miserable seasons. Having won just two games out of six played so far, RCB has not looked quite convincing. The team RCB has received lots of criticism lately about their performance, and even their captain has termed some of their mistakes as ‘criminal’.

To get the team's campaign back in track, Kohli has been working hard to be in top shape so that he can give more than 100 percent in the games for RCB, which has been visible on the ground. Kohli would be eyeing for revenge against KKR, who defeated them in their last head to head match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Ahead of their home clash against the two-time champions, Kohli took to social media and posted a video of him running hard between the wickets on the eve of the match. Kohli encouraged everyone to post a video of them running with the pads on but challenged Mandeep Singh, in particular, to beat his time of 8.90 sec.

Sunil Narine inspired KKR to a win when both teams met for the last time. Some sigh of relief for RCB would be AB has got back in form and has been smashing the balls over the boundary ropes for fun and Kohli would also be itching to come to the party and play a captain’s knock.
