Juventus suffered another loss in the UEFA Champions League, losing 2-0 against Benfica, which puts them in more trouble ahead of the knockout matches. Thiago Motta takes the responsibility for the team's loss and calls for improvements.

On the previous match day of the UEFA Champions League, Juventus suffered a clean sheet against Benfica, losing the game 2-0. Following the loss, their manager Thiago Motta took the responsibility for the same and also talked about the areas where the team requires improvements.

Although the team had given some great performances in this tournament, but their loss in Turin put them as an unseeded team. Now, they have made it to the knockout phase, where they will be going against either AC Milan or PSV. The team's form has not been up to the mark lately, as they have also broken the home streak last week after losing against Napoli.

After losing the previous match against Benfica, the team suffered with boos all around the stadium. Following the match, Thiago Motta said,"Today we didn’t deserve the victory. Benfica created and finished better than us.”He further said that the team requires some improvements before their next game against Empoli on Sunday.

Juventus were able to perform well in the first half of the game but the team struggled against Benfica. However, they tried their best to mark a comeback, but it was not enough for Thiago Motta’s side to regain the momentum.
