Jørgen Strand Larsen, Wolves striker, reveals the struggles being faced by Erling Haaland while performing for Manchester City in the current season. Haaland had a great start when he joined the team in 2022, and has broken various records in scoring goals.

Erling Haaland has shown some impressive performances in the Premier League, while playing for Manchester City. But this has also led to some struggles for the legendary player, which was revealed recently by his Premier League rival and international teammate.

Playing under Pep Guardiola, Erling Haaland joined Manchester City in 2022 and since then he broke multiple records in scoring goals. When he joined the team, he was able to get the history treble and also help the team win the UEFA Champions League, which was also their first Champions League title.

Following the next season, his performances declined due to some injuries, but he was still able to contribute to the team to help them win the fourth consecutive Premier League title. However in the current season, he has scored just 20 goals across all competitions.

Talking about his struggles, his international teammate Jørgen Strand Larsen said,“I’m happy to see someone else (being the) poster boy (of Norway) so I don’t need to do it. I think Erling (Haaland) ’s life is really tough. Everyone dreams about his life and how it is, but it’s also tough because everywhere you go, you need to score a goal every game, otherwise there’s going to be pressure on you. The guy is just amazing.”
