India are scheduled to host Sri Lanka starting from February 24 for three T20Is and two Tests. Lucknow and Dharamsala will host the limited over fixtures while Mohali and Bangalore will host the two Tests. BCCI selected a squad for the Test series and Wriddhiman Saha was dropped from the team. Saha also recently revealed that he was informed by the selectors that he will not be considered for the future series.
He also claimed that the team management headed by Rahul Dravid had told him to think about retirement. Further Saha also said that BCCI president Sourav Ganguly had told him not to worry about his place in the team. In a recent shocking development. Saha has shared a screenshot of messages he received by a journalist. It was seen in the messages that the journalist was threatening the wicketkeeper.
Taking to Twitter, Saha wrote "After all of my contributions to Indian cricket..this is what I face from a so called "Respected" journalist! This is where journalism has gone."

Former India opener Virender Sehwag showed his support to Saha on Twitter. He wrote: "Extremely sad. Such a sense of entitlement, neither is he respected nor a journalist, just chamchagiri. With you Wriddhi."

Wridhi you just name the person so that the cricket community knows who operates like this. Else even the good ones will be put under suspicion.. What kind of journalism is this ? players should be protected

Name him, buddy. Sorry state of affairs…cricket community wouldn’t bat an eyelid before boycotting this ‘so called’ journalist for good.
