Royal Challengers Bangalore wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik has stated that Kuldeep Yadav has strengthened his run-up which is playing a key role for him in getting wickets. Kuldeep has picked 10 wickets from four matches in IPL 2022 and has been bamboozling best batters in the league.

IPL 2022 has been an exciting competition so far. Some of the senior Indian players in the leaguer are performing well and one of them is Kuldeep Yadav. After having an average record in the last couple of seasons of the tournament, Kuldeep has made a return to the form in IPL 2022 playing for Delhi Capitals. He has bagged 10 wickets from four matches so far and is in the top-five highest wicket-takers of the tournament.

Royal Challengers Bangalore wicket keeper-batter Dinesh Karthik has praised Kuldeep Yadav and said that he has strengthened his run-up.

"I think technically he's made a few changes. I don't want to get too technical, but he's strengthened his run up, getting the drive through, which is good to see," Karthik explained.

"I think he has always been a very very skillful bowler. I always love watching him bowl when he is in his peak rhythm. He's somebody who is very very skillful, you've to understand that 'chinaman' is a very rare breed and he chose that as his profession, and he's somebody who's done very very well," the wicket keeper batsman said.

Kuldeep and Karthik both have played for KKR in the same season. However, Karthik was an integral part of the squad in Kuldeep’s turbulent season where he was benched for most of the time. Karthik praised the wrist-spinner for his return to form.

"And it is great to see somebody like him do so well because he was very young when he sprung on the scene but today after a certain amount of international cricket and IPL behind him, obviously went through some tough time, you can see how he has bounced back and I give him a lot of credit," he stated.
