Indian Cricket Team physio Patrick Farhart bids goodbye post New Zealand defeat

Indian Cricket Team physio Patrick Farhart bid goodbye to the team after the Men in Blue's defeat against New Zealand in the semi-final of the World Cup. Farhart, who has been the physiotherapist of the Indian team since 2015, took to Twitter to thank BCCI, the players and the staff.

Australian physiotherapist Patrick Farhart, who has served as the primary physiotherapist of the Indian Cricket Team since August 2015, bid an emotional goodbye to the team post the team's defeat to the Kiwis in the semi-final. Farhart, whose contract was set to end post the 2019 World Cup, took charge of the role in 2015 with almost three decades of experience.

Farhart took to Twitter to thank BCCI for the opportunity that he was given, while also wishing luck for the future to all the players and support staff he has worked with. 

Several Indian players, including skipper Virat Kohli, took to Twitter to thank Farhart for his services to the Indian Cricket Team.
